Well I've been tanning on a regular basis for the past year and I gotta say that I've never gotten more complements about my physique and complexion during this time...I honestly feel that people treat me nicer when I'm tan...Because of this I feel the need to stay tan forever...I don't know if it's the increased confidence or what but I'm in love with it...It just fits my lifestyle with the weight training and sexual encounters with multiple partners :!...

I've been sober for 10 months and now I'm addicted to cialis and tanning! Awesome!

SO how often do you guys and gals tan? I've been going at least 2x a week on level 4 for the maximum time of 12 minutes...

Never. I am so pale that I actually reflect light. This makes it impossible to tan.

Damn aanallein...With your physique you should be in there as much as me if not more....you gotta post some new pics in our steroid discussion...

Normally I'm extremely pale too...I got severly burnt the first few times but once you build a base tan you get a more golden color...I highly recommend.

I'm guessing you know about the hugely negative health effects of tanning... do you simply choose to ignore them for the (temporary) benefit of your sex life?

I plan to hit the beds around the same time I start cutting - so probably around early March. Have not had a decent tan in about 4 years, and though I know the dangers and the fact that it's a vain thing to do, I also know I look good with a tan ;)

i don't go to tanning beds, but i do as many of my workouts outside and shirtless as the weather allows.

definitely a huge mood booster for me (i've gotta have at least a touch of Seasonal Affective Disorder), along with looking good.

I burn before I tan, so no go for me. Never tried a bed, and honestly don't see myself doing it.

well i highly recommend it although artificial uv radiation is terrible for you

Yeh tanning isn't exactly healthy. Something like 2/3 Australians get skin cancer by the age of 70. I read some recent findings though that suggested one of the biggest risk factors was genetic and you're most susceptable to melanoma if you're the kind of person that has a lot of moles. Unfortunately that means me. I'm 27 and have had 3 (thankfully benign) moles removed already :(

That said some sunlight is necessary for vitamin D and I won't deny tans look good on some people :)

use moderation and keep getting your spots checked regularly

i'm overdue for a spot check actually. must get my arse there asap.

Never. I'm as pale as a person can get, and I don't mind that at all.

I loved being tanned until I started seeing broken capillaries and sun damage (brown spots) on my skin. I stopped going to tanning salons about 4 years ago. Quick process, full body, no tan lines. I started at 18. I used to go 2-4 times a week for 10-12 minutes depending on the season. I will lay out for about 30 minutes on hot summer days here and there. I can't resist.

Please don't tan. You're way too hot to get skin cancer.

Leave the lovely tan-ness to us Halfrican Americans.

I didn't see your post above me PI, but yeah, you too. :) You don't want that fine booty getting all leathery.

I've still been going 2x a week and i'm getting a brown spot on my temple!!!!!!!1

i tan all day everyday i live on maui, plus i tan easy. one day at the beach and im golden.
